I'd prefer to hire a technical IT person that has their own domain... It's not exactly hard, even if it is hooked up to your Gmail account... It's good to have yourname.com so when you travel you can keep friends & co updated without having to send mass emails. Though at the same time you then need to keep in mind what you are posting. I'm pretty forth right and don't censor myself too much. Some employers may think badly of that, but really I'm a human, how much is very clear :) INDEED!
